Concrete Industry Add-Mix Process Solutions

Inter-Lac Technology specializes in the design and construction of programmable industrial controllers with unique features and functions.  Inter-LAC has recently introduced several devices for the concrete manufacturing industry.
Inter-LAC is now offering the application specific CB100 Concrete Add-Mix controller. The system is managed from a touch screen LCD panel with easy to follow input commands and graphic display. This controller meters precise increments of additives to the concrete batch. It then prints a job ticket, identifying the job; date; time; operator; additive type and amounts; and delivery truck. This information serves as an audit trail which can be signed off by all parties in from the batch manufacture to the job site delivery. Supporting the CB100 controller is the PFT Scalar board for converting electro mechanical meter pulses to programmable digital pulse input to the CB100. To round out the metering system, Inter-LAC offers an interface board to connect the controller to a fill/discharge tank and the flow meter.
