Admix Controller CB‐100

CB-100 is a two channel concrete admix controller with simplified LCD touch screen panel. It has the unique feature of having an integrated printer. The customer will know what was added to a concrete batch and when, providing an additional level of job site quality control. The controller can be set for password controlled access so the operator is identified with each batch

Job Audit Trail
Operator can print job ticket indicating the following:

  • Admix Operator;
  • Date and time of batch;
  • Material and volume added to batch;
  • Job Number
  • Driver
The controller works in conjunction with a pulse output flow meter. The operator can scale the pulse input for: number of pulses per ounce (manual calibration); or calibrate flow meter throughput using a discharge tank with high and low level probes (semi-automatic calibration).
The controller automatically stops if the starts operating pump and there is no signal from flow meter for a preset time interval. The controller has a manual and two automatic modes with seven preset programs. In automatic mode, operator can chose to work with or without a discharge tank.

Preset controller settings:

  • Admix name;
  • Total volume of additive per batch;
  • Discharge delay – length of time discharge valve will remain open after additive triggers low level probe;
  • Programmable input events to signal relays (flow meter pulses, high or low level liquid, discharge valve operation …);
  • Set indicators bright – sixteen levels of intensity;
  • Real time and date;
